DOLL #29 - Simon & Halbig

This 12-inch German bisque doll is marked SH 1039/DEP, identifying her as a Simon & Halbig example. She features dark sleep eyes, a finely painted face, pierced ears, and a blonde curly wig beneath a coordinating light brown hat. Her pleated light brown dress is richly trimmed with lace and complemented by a decorative pendant, giving her an elegant late Victorian appearance.

Condition is noted as excellent overall. Family records indicate a small chip on one toe, but otherwise the doll presents beautifully. Acquired through eBay in 2011 for $995.
